You will need to unpack your game with the tool provided and then install the mod with the installer. Here is the link, with all the requirements and everything. Added cars have their own speedometers, sound, and stats, and sometimes extra features like headlight covers or electronic speedometers you can see moving in first person camera view. Anyways, this mod fixes many game bugs, makes hidden cars available and ADDS cars without the price of other cars being replaced. With the servers down for a long time this is my last hope at this amazing game.
